Projeto 314

Augusto Júnior, o idealizador deste projeto, possui graduação em Pedagogia pela Universidade Norte do Paraná (2014). É especialista em Supervisão Escolar, Psicopedagogia Clínica e Institucional, Educação Inclusiva e Especial com ênfase no Atendimento Educacional Especializado (AEE), Língua Brasileira de Sinais e Análise do Comportamento Aplicada ao Autismo (ABA). Atualmente, cursa pós-graduação em Xadrez Pedagógico e Técnico, História e Cultura Afro-Brasileira e Inteligência Artificial Aplicada à Educação, além da segunda graduação em Letras Libras.Atuou como psicopedagogo no Núcleo de Apoio Psicopedagógico Infantojuvenil. Possui experiência na área da Educação, com ênfase nos processos de ensino, aprendizagem, avaliação educacional, alfabetização, educação inclusiva e atendimento a estudantes com necessidades educacionais específicas.É professor das redes municipais de ensino de Ribeirão das Neves desde 2015 e de Belo Horizonte desde 2017, atuando nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental. Desenvolveu e participou de projetos voltados ao reforço escolar, à aceleração da aprendizagem e ao desenvolvimento de estudantes com diferentes níveis de desempenho. Atualmente, desenvolve os projetos Aceleração da Aprendizagem: Estudos Avançados e Projeto de Intervenção em Alfabetização (PIA), voltados ao fortalecimento das aprendizagens e à melhoria do desempenho escolar no contexto da rede municipal de Belo Horizonte.Seus principais interesses de atuação e pesquisa concentram-se em alfabetização, avaliação da aprendizagem, educação inclusiva, psicopedagogia, tecnologias educacionais, inteligência artificial aplicada à educação, metodologias ativas e desenvolvimento de estratégias pedagógicas para potencializar o processo de ensino e aprendizagem.

O Projeto 314 nasce como um portfólio profissional dedicado a reunir materiais e artigos sobre educação com enfoque na pessoa com deficiência, fortalecendo práticas de inclusão em diferentes níveis de ensino. Nosso objetivo é oferecer recursos claros, atualizados e acessíveis para apoiar docentes, estudantes, gestores e famílias na construção de ambientes escolares mais justos e participativos. A partir de uma abordagem baseada em direitos humanos, desenho universal para a aprendizagem e acessibilidade, organizamos conteúdos que dialogam com a legislação brasileira e com pesquisas contemporâneas em educação inclusiva. Este espaço funciona como uma vitrine de produções acadêmicas e experiências de campo, servindo de referência para formações, projetos institucionais e iniciativas que buscam transformar a escola em um lugar verdadeiramente inclusivo para todas as pessoas.
